“The beautiful thing about New York is, you have to expose yourself to other people the minute you step outside the door. There is no choice. And I love that.” -SJP

“I got to meet Johnnie-O himself (John O’Donnell) at his recent NYC POP UP Shop at RS POP. He was charming and down to earth; I would describe him as James Bond meets John Travolta. Great guy who you can see actually…

If only I could sneak a pic of the hottie-on-a-stick that is sitting next to me at Starbucks on 23rd and Park Ave….*Heart flutters*.
I swear I’m no creeper but I think we had a moment. I first noticed him as I was leaving the gym today. I was in the food line and we both went to grab for the same banana at the same time. I looked up and saw this beautiful, strong armed, brown-eyed beau starring down at me. We both smiled and said sorry then reached for different bananas. Finally! This expensive Equinox membership has paid off! Lol
I left the gym, taking one last glance at the cutie pie and headed down here to Starbucks, only to pull out my Macbook and 7 minutes later see the same guy standing in line! It’s fate!!!
Ok, I’m a sapp. Why won’t I just spark up a conversation you ask? Because I’m stubborn and I refuse to conform to the ways of these New York women and approach a man. That’s apparently the trend around this town. The guy gets to play mouse and get hunted down by a sleek and sinister cat. Well though I may have many cat-like traits (I whole-heartedly believe I was an Egyptian Mau in my past life) I’m just not the type to make advances. Clearly I’m not going to say anything to the fella but boy is he nice to peek at occasionally as I sip this Iced Soy Chai.
Lol

If ever there was anything so delicate and satisfying, it must have been a crepe!
At Motek, a chill little Creperie on the lower eastside where the cooks are friendly and the crepes are just mouth-watering good! Every moment here is like a celebration in my tummy!!!
